No third party tracks you on my website.

This website does not use SEO, tag managers or analytics from third parties. No web fonts or scripts are loaded from third parties, no content delivery network is involved, or anything else that can be used to track you.

The only party involved here is the web hoster, who hosts this website on my behalf and whose data center is located in Germany.

II. Data collection and data processing on this website

1. Access data and log files

When using this website, only data that is transmitted by your computer (e.g. via your browser) and which is technically necessary to provide the resources you have requested (web pages and associated files like images, source codes for certain articles):

  • IP address (network address) of your computer
  • URL (address) of the retrieved files

This data is stored in log files of the web server together with the following data:

  • Date and time of file retrieval
  • Amount of data sent
  • Whether the retrieval of the data was successful or the requested files could not be delivered, because they are not available or not available at the given address (error codes like 404).

No cookies are used on this website. This saves you annoying cookie banners and me from having to deal with cookie consent tools, the design and use of which I consider to be questionable in most cases.

4. Hosting of the website

The services for hosting the website are provided by a web hosting provider on my behalf in the context of a order data processing. The web hosting provider provides services in the form of infrastructure services, maintenance services, provision of storage space and computing capacity.

In the process, I or my hosting provider process all data that is generated in the course of using my website. This includes communication data, metadata, content data and usage data of visitors to my website.

The web hosting provider is located in Germany, the data center where the services for the hosting are for the hosting is also located in Germany.
